5kw Solis Hybrid Inverter - 5.3kwh Weco Battery Storage -Eddi Hot water diverter -18 x Longi 405w Panels
This solar upgrade project involved removing 5 old existing panels and replacing them with 18 efficient tier 1 panels. We also removed the old 1.5kw string inverter from the attic and relocated the new market-leading Solis 5kw hybrid inverter to the utility room. This will help extend the life expectancy of the new solar system as the ambient temperature will benefit the electronic equipment.

3.6kw Solis Hybrid Inverter- 3kwh Pylon Battery Storage - Eddi Hot water diverter - 10 x Recom 385w Panels
With this challenging install, we found the best location for the inverter and battery was in a storage room in a newly constructed cabin out in the back garden. By choosing this location the solar electrical components will last longer as they will not be exposed to changing weather temperatures. By accessing the Solis App we can see that this system is performing as expected, with a south-facing roof, the household electrical needs are being met with enough surplus electricity to charge the battery and heat the hot water tank via the Eddi diverter.

6kw Solis Hybrid Inverter - 10.6kwh Weco Battery Storage - Eddi Hot water diverter -20 x Longi 405w Panels -5 Tigo Optimisers
e-Solar Ltd was very excited to take on this project, by utilizing the roof space available this system will be still efficient even throughout the winter. As the homeowner has two EV cars all excess electricity being produced is absorbed, giving them clean green fuel for their driving needs.
Brittas Bay, Wicklow.
16 x Longi 430w Panels, 5Kw Solis Inverter
This farm installation for e-Solar Ltd paved the way for future agriculture projects. We are registered on the SEAI non domestic and DAFM approved installers list which will allow the farm to avail ofthe TAMS grant for their solar installation.
Kilcock, Co Kildare
12 x Longi 430w Panels, 5Kw Solis Hybrid Inverter, iBoost hot water diverter.
This roof was surprisingly big enough to fit 3 rows of portrait panels. The homeowner is using the cheap electric night rate to charge the battery and heat the water so she will start her day with a full battery and a tank full of hot water. This will further enhance saving on her PV solar system.

why go solar

Some Advantages of Solar Energy

Solar energy is one of the most effective sources of renewable energy because of the reliable amount of sun the world gets. The ever-advancing technologies that are emerging will continue to harness this source in better, easier and cheaper ways making solar the fastest-growing renewable energy source.

The carbon footprint of solar PV (photovoltaic) panels is already quite small and, as the materials used in them are being increasingly recycled, it continues to shrink.

Your electricity bills will decrease because of the renewable power you are generating and utilizing, also with the feedback tariff you get paid for any surplus energy generated and exported back to the grid.

As solar panels are considered ‘permitted development’ you usually don’t need a permit to install them on your roof. There are a few limitations you need to bear in mind before installation.

Once installed, solar panels require very little maintenance. They are generally installed at an angle that allows rain to run off freely, washing dirt and dust away. As long as you keep them from becoming blocked by dirt, solar panels could last for over 25 years with little loss in efficiency.

Investing in a solar power system makes you less reliant on the National Grid for your electricity. As an energy generator, you can enjoy cheaper electricity throughout the day. And if you invest in battery storage, you could carry on using solar energy after the sun goes down.

You’ll be contributing to a more efficient way of generating energy. Transmitting energy from power plants across extensive networks to your home inevitably results in energy loss. When your power is coming direct from your rooftop, the loss is minimised, so less energy is wasted.

Solar panels are generally a good investment for your home. Current trends in the energy market mean that a home with solar panels (if properly marketed with a focus on fuel savings and tariff payments) could command a higher price in the future than one without.

"After a long time researching the purchaser of a PV Array system, I finally decided to go with eSolar.ie to supply and install and I was so glad I did. A great company, helpful, understanding, and extremely professional. They installed an 8.6 KWH system with inverter and battery me over a period of 5 days. Nothing was an issue, all questions were answered and they even helped with the SEAI requirements too. I would have no hesitation in recommending eSolar.ie for your PV Array requirements".
